Wilkes/Kinsman dispatches

It’s been quite a ride attempting to set up a new web site in order to share our travel adventures. But we may be making progress. We have just completed a dispatch for our trip to Bratislava, Slovakia, in the summer of, yes, 2018! Because of family matters and the business of life, we never completed this episode, until now. So it serves as a test of our new web site. If this one works, we have more waiting in line. Let us know how this works for you, dear family and friends!

Please note that these are PDFs of dispatches we have written in the past. They are not all TRAVEL dispatches. They began with our move to Mexico in 2004 and the rebuilding of a house on the beach in Bahía de Kino.

These files were exported from our former web site with Typepad.com which is no longer in service. The downloads came grouped in ways over which we had/have no control, and the apparent links in the left-hand column do not really work, as they try to connect with the Typepad site, which no longer exists!

We do hope, however, that you enjoy digging through them and find things that stimulate your desire to travel the world…and come see us on our beach! — P & C

Now here we are, with a new site on WordPress, which we are learning to use. We have posted PDFs of all of our previous dispatches, and they are clearly marked as to the content so that if you are looking for information about a particular country where we might have traveled, you should be able to find it. They are organized chronologically. A little quirk is that many of them include more than one dispatch, and those are chronological in reverse! Sorry, but you probably can figure it out.

Please have patience as we learn to navigate this new system. We’ll continue to travel AND continue to share dispatches. The new ones will not be PDFs. They will be real, live posts on this site.
